Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb grass-fed ground beef

1 lb pastured raised uncured bacon, minced
2 medium tomatoes, minced
1 onion, minced
1 bell pepper, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 free range eggs
1 cup mushrooms, minced
4 ounces cheddar shreds or daiya cheddar style shreds
2 tbsp oregano
½ tbsp sea salt
pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mince the bacon as fine as possible and combine in a mixing
bowl with the ground beef.

Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl, and mix well with your hands to ensure an
even distribution of ingredients. Form meat into a loaf in a Pyrex dish

Bake for an hour or until the meat is cooked through. Because of the bacon, the internal
temperature needs to be at least 165°F.

Remove from the oven and let sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
