Sage Chicken Recipe

prep time: 10 minutes | cook time: 20 minutes | servings: 2

Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter from grass fed cows
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp fresh sage (or 1 tsp dried sage)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with water. Add chicken. Cover with remaining ingredients.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. The internal temperature needs to be at least 165°F.

Remove from the oven, baste and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Baste again and enjoy.
